Combining scorching guitar, pounding upright bass, and pedal to the metal
drums, The Crossbones are a power trio in the true sense of the term.
Bringing a contemporary approach to the classic sounds of rockabilly, surf
rock, spaghetti western, blues and swing, The Crossbones deliver honest,
high-energy music guaranteed to get you swingin’, shakin’ and rockin’ like
you know you should.

Established in 2013, The Crossbones released their debut album Deadman’s
Curve in 2014. Showcasing the band’s diverse musical interests, the album
was delivered with a healthy dose of humour to keep listeners smiling.
Deadman’s Curve was well received, garnering radio play in Australia,
Spain, Canada and USA, and earning a spot in Shakin’ Katz radio’s top ten
rockabilly albums of 2014.

The Crossbones have played a wide range of local and interstate gigs –
including hot-rod and custom car events, rockabilly festivals, theatre season
openings, arts and fringe festivals, private functions, and pub gigs – and have
supported touring interstate acts. The band are regular performers on radio
ABC 666 Canberra.

The Crossbones are working on their second album, which will be released in 2018.
